introduction
this is a game that is fantasy and where you can rule your own empire in three maps that I made! this is mostly made for 2-6 players. currently this is in early access so its only a 1v1 map unless if you create your own custom map for a 1v1v1.In this game you will expand your empire, conquer others, and even make agreements with other empires! across wide spread maps that I made. you'll be able to rule your land to greatness or defeat. The goal of this game is for you or allies (if you choose to) conquer all the other nations so good luck! and let your actions decide!
Let me know in the comments if I need to add anything!
also feel free to change it to any size you want! (I recommend 200% up scaled)
Rules
The setup:
To setup the game you need the board, the base's, and the characters. You will take turns picking different biomes which is where your empire will live. after everyone placed there castle roll the dice to see who goes first! the person with the lowest roll goes first.
how to set up the board:
for the 1v1 map you'll need 9 dark tan blocks, 8 light tan blocks, 6 grey blocks stacked on top of them,14 dark green, and 19 light green blocks and put them in how the picture looks.
How to get gold:
each turn you will roll the gold dice to see how much gold you earned that round. you can save your gold or you can spend it all!
Types of buildings:
Castle- the capital that's literally it.
tavern- gives your troops 1 extra movement.
mines- gives 5 extra gold coins per turn.
towers- shoots arrows at enemy's.
walls- keeps enemies and your troops out.
gate- allows your troops in but enemies out.
Cost of things:
knights- 3 coins
archer- 4 coins
wizard- 6 coins
castle-free
Tavern- 8
mines-15
towers-10
walls-8
gate-10
Health:
Knights- 15 hp
archers- 5 hp
wizards- 10 hp
all building except for towers gates and walls are 10 hp. the towers gates and walls are 15 hp.
Wizards special ability:
The wizards can heal themselves and other soldiers! roll the attack dice to see how much hp your troops will gain back! you can only heal up to max hp though!
archers special ability:
you can shoot enemies from 2 blocks away (can only work if there are no walls or mountains in the way)!
movement:
How you move is by using the attack die and roll. what ever number you get you move by square. for instance you roll a six you can move you troop or troopers how many squares as you like as long as its the number that you rolled.
Rules for enemy crossings:
well well well. seems like someone is in trouble! if an enemy crosses you territory when its not your turn and the enemy is there to attack you are allowed to move one troop that is closest to it. Now the enemy needs to attack your trooper no matter.
how to attack:
roll the attack dice if there are any enemies that are in any of the squares next to you. if you roll and defeat the enemy you then move to that square to where they were.
the angry devils (early development):
if you are playing with 4-6 players and it gets boring then add a twist! you can download the devil knights and have them be on the map waiting for your presence. you'll have to put them in biomes that have not been chosen and where ever they spawn at they'll stay there. This is recommended for gigantic maps.
Water
Currently nothing for the water tiles cause its in early access!
How many peices?
I would recommend 10 knights per team, 10 archers per team, 5 wizards per team, 8 walls per team, 2 gates per team, 4 towers per team, 2 taverns per team, and 1 mine per team.
Come back December or January for the updated model (Might be pushed back though cause of how much I need to do)!
