I designed this fan guard for an 80mm Noctua fan, but it will work for others as well. It is 2 mm thick and has holes for 4mm screws plus some tolerance. The screw holes are 71.5mm center to center. If you prefer a thicker guard, just scale it in the Z direction in your slicer or modify the step file to your liking.
