The PowerPlant ISO-1 Pro is a really nice pedalboard power supply for the money, but it starts to get pretty hot when you try to pull the rated 500 mA from several outputs. The stock case doesn’t let the heat escape very well.
This new case fixes that. Just toss in a 12 V, 60 mm fan, solder it to the input jack (watch the polarity), and you’re good to rock. The LEDs are also a bit too bright for my taste, so I covered them with a few layers of material.
For a more stylish look, I’d recommend changing filament color mid-print to make the text pop a bit more.
