I modified the original housing to better suit my needs. This is for the original 2.1" Lilygo screen.
I printed both parts in PETG just as they are saved in the STLs, for the back I used a 5mm brim with 0mm gap and manually added supports.
Combined the housing with the fill cover, the regular ring will fit it. I also added 2 hooded ring designs for fun these will fit all the cases as well. The GC and GCP have different size and shape funnels, so I have 2 options for that, I only printed and tested the GC version so far.
-The slot for mounting is further forward, it fits snug on my stainless model, painted ones might need a bit of filing
-7.5mm removed from overall height (might have to trim the power plug “wings” to fit)
-Added 3 8x3mm Press Fit magnet slots
-Added hole on the back to route the power cable out
-Made a cutout to better clear the SD Card
-Got rid of the access holes on the Front Case
