A simple yet effective spare part to repair a broken front ring/bezel on a standard SimbaToys children's flashlight. Instead of throwing the toy away, you can easily screw this replacement onto the front to secure the lens reflector assembly back into place.
Print Settings:
Material: PLA works perfectly fine. (Tip: Using a multi-color or silk filament looks great on children's toys!)
Infill: 100% recommended for maximum thread durability and strength when tightened.
Supports: Organic supports are highly recommended for the internal overhanging structures/threads.
