I wanted a neckerchief slide to use when volunteering with my son's troop. My old one is lost somewhere and I'm a game nerd. A medallion translates perfectly to a neckerchief slide. And Geralt's design from the series is the best! There are a million variations of this design now, but the one I grabbed was posted by Echelon 3 many years ago. I also made it into a toothbrush holder back then, so this was an easy modification, mostly adding some strength and a mounting feature.
Assembly instruction.
- Print in 2 pieces, no supports needed. I suggest a color change that starts right above the flat surface on the medallion. Black background, silver front (Overture Space Gray for ex).
- The outline on the back of the main part aligns to the slide tube for gluing. I recommend construction glue or something robust and not brittle.
