This is a design based off of a pictured rocks quarter design that wasn't used to make coins. You can print this on a fdm 3d printer, but to see it well you will need to scale it up. (prints best with a resin 3d printer). Please do not use this as genuine currency, as it is not worth getting in legal trouble over.
