This was a fun one this morning but I almost lost all of my work due to playing around with the mesh while in multi-res mode. Ooof. Otherwise I think it turned out pretty good.

This started as an AI model then I posed and sculpted what you see. It's a Large construct but would work as animated armor as well so I've made a 32mm medium variant as well. You can see the full video of my work on this model here:
