Almost 2000 years in the past the Hero of Alexandria invented this fountain. It is using the air pressure to move the water above the water level using the water in the middle container and air in the bottom container. Unfortunately, not all the water ends in the container, but its splashing little bit around.
How to use it:
1) print it
2) fill it with water (200 ml more or less)
3) turn it upside down to fill the middle container with water (some water will escape through the nozlle)
4) turn it back
5) pour little water into the upper tank
6) enjoy the fountain
No supports needed, but I printed it with variable layer height and 100% infill - it is anyways just walls. I used PETG, it seems to have no problems with the water.
Update: I enlarged the top container to not splash around so much.
