Weekly pill organizer travel tray slides left and right to access pills. When assembling, insert the button into the tray first, then insert the spring into the button end while sliding the spring into the tray slot. Be sure to thoroughly clean the part before use.
Orientation:
I recommend printing the tray and spring, laying flat on the print bed. The shroud and button should be printed upright. Be sure to have excellent bed adhesion and use a large brim or raft to prevent the shroud from moving.
Assembly:
Tolerances for this piece are tight. If you print this model, note that you'll need to "break in" the assembly by forcing the tray through the sheath several times. Once the parts wear together, it should work smoothly with the indexing tabs holding it in place. I recommend washing the parts once they function well together.
