This part is designed to be printed in multimaterial on a toolchanger, such as a Prusa XL, with PLA support, PETG main material, and PEBA or TPU as the rubbery parts.
If you do that, you should make sure to enable “beam interlocking" so the materials stick together.
You can, however, split the model, print all 3 separately, and stretch / glue, if you want.
I've printed and tested this, and it works perfectly and seals perfectly.
