DeWalt DCS373B Wall Mount – Print Info & Notes
I designed/printed a wall-mounted holder for the DeWalt DCS373B 5-1/2" 20V Metal Cutting Saw and wanted to share the print details for anyone interested.
Print Settings Used:
Walls: 3 outer walls
Top/Bottom Layers: 3
Infill: 20% (might be more than necessary depending on your filament and printer rigidity)
Material: PLA/PLA+ should be fine, but PETG is a good option if you want extra durability
Orientation: Printed with the mounting surface down for maximum strength on the screw holes
Supports: Printed without supports, and it handled the overhangs decently
Notes:
20% infill gave the mount a solid feel, but if you want to save filament, you could likely drop to 10–15% as long as your wall count stays at 3 or more. For tool mounts, the walls and layer adhesion do most of the structural work.
Prototype Disclaimer:
The holder shown in the photos is the very first prototype. All fitment tweaks, spacing adjustments, and usability improvements have already been applied to the updated and final model, so the printed version you receive will reflect those refined changes.
