Binding Wheel used to roll and hold lengths of binding while quilting. The slot in the roller can accommodate binding up to 2.5" width. The wheels use standard 608 bearings for smooth dispensing of the binding as needed.

This is my first working version, so it is a bit bulkier than I would have wanted. May swing back around to it and work on a leaner version at some point.

Print Main_Wheel x2, Vertical_Support x2, Base x1, and Roller x1. Orientate and use supports as needed for your setup. The Vertical_Supprts are screwed into the base using x4 M3x16 Button Head Hex Screws. Press a 608 bearing into each support and insert the roller.

I printed mine at .16 w/15% Gyroid infill.
