This chip can rocket kit was designed, simulated, and flown using the snack-sized chip can featured in the photo. Longer chip cans may also be used but are untested. The design utilizes the nose cone for housing the recovery gear. A two piece threaded nosecone assembly allows easier access for attaching the recovery gear and adding ballast to the top if necessary. The threaded male section of the motor retainer is glued directly to the motor tube adding strength to this part. Needed items to complete the build include: all recovery gear, a 38 mm cardboard motor mount tube, two series 1000 rail buttons, and your motor. Flew well on an H130.
