"Mini" Version Here
⚠ Please print the test piece first to ensure this will fit around your Core 300!! ⚠
Print Time
This print, using a 28mm layer height, will take approximately 14 hours and require 250 grams of filament.
Recommended Filter to Use With
I recommended installing the Core 300-RF-TX filter. It should remove most toxins and other dirty things produced by 3D printing. It has a pre-filter, HEPA filter, and an activated carbon filter.

⚠ Disclaimer ⚠
This model, by itself, probably allows some leakage of nasty air out, so if you want a full seal, you'll need to figure that out yourself.
You probably will need an extra fan to help push air through the vent and into the air purifier. Sticking my hand in front of the vent hose while running the Levoit at max speed provides only a slight draft. You could cover up the extra intake holes, which would probably increase suction to the vent intake.
