This is my first entry for the Cooler Master FreeForm Playground Contest, and several additional designs are already in development.
The models are fully custom-designed for the MasterFrame 600, a highly modular case specifically intended to accommodate bespoke front-panel concepts. Its construction makes modifications straightforward and reliable.
Installation
Installation is simple due to the mechanical structure of the MasterFrame 600.
The stock front and top panel are mounted on a metal subframe, which attaches magnetically to the case.
My panel design uses the same mounting logic:
print the segments on your 3D printer, bond them at the circular joints using a strong 2-component epoxy, and reuse the original screws to fasten the final assembly to the subframe.
The metal structure ensures rigidity, precise alignment, and full compatibility with the original chassis.
Print Structure
The front panel is divided into six sections to ensure optimal printability on the Prusa MK4S, which is currently my largest available print bed.
For users with larger printers, I will also upload unsplit models, enabling you to customize the segmentation according to your own setup and preferences.
The Top is split in three parts, the round segment is the rear end, the angular segement forms the front side.
For best surface quality, I printed all parts face-down.
Supports were only used on the joint connectors to guarantee smooth mating surfaces and accurate fit.
Happy Printing :) I really like the silver/warm gold color combination
