This is a lightswitch cover featuring two parts, a backer plate (rectangular or round) and a fore-plate that is an excellent bat from Peter Farell.
Nothing much to assembly, just choose and print a backer plate, then print a bat. Take off your old lightswitch plate and pop on the backer and the bat at the same time.
