This will fit a toploader pretty well without being hard to remove. Card will be mostly centered.
Printed at 0.2 layers, 15% gyroid infill.
Additionaly, I use a 5mm brim with no seperation gap, snug supports with a 0.1mm gap (you may need to increase this distance for PET-G) for the 2 surfaces that need it.
If you use the STL and want to use the custom supports make sure to load the file as one object with multiple parts or merge the objects afterwards.
You can just break the custom supports off and clean up the 6 small spots where it touched the print.
