The 40×45 cm IKEA NORDLI drawers are the perfect width for hanging file folders. These rails clip onto the sides and provide a ledge for the folder teeth so that they do not turn sideways and fall inside.
Design notes
- The clip tapers inwards slightly (by ~2mm) to ensure a snug fit
- Line thickness of 1.67mm eliminate gap infill (when printed with settings I used)
