I found the adjustment roller on one of my calipers was not rolling. Digging in I found that the piece that cradles the thumb roller and where your thumb rests when adjusting, was fractured and had jambed up the roller so it was stuck. Taking it off the thumb pad piece broke the rest of the way so I super-glued it back together so I could take measurements. I designed this to replace it. I printed this in PETG-CF at 0.2mm layers and it works great. Print this with the three flat faces (opposite the thumb contact area) down and use supports.
As a note - if you end up needing to replace the screw that holds this on it's a M2.5 as I assume most of these calipers come out of the same factory.
