This is a case for a Mitutoyo 500-196-30 model (number is embossed on the lid) digital calipers.
I printed the case and lid with 100% infill, and the insert 5 % infill. You will need to bore out the printed holes to 3mm and insert rods as hinges.
The lid is in the shape of a step fil, so that you can print the letters in a different colour. (I used grey for the lid and bottom, and white for the embossed lettering.)
The clamps work fine printed in PLA; no need for TPU, but that's up to you.
If you wish to change the type number, you can use the Fusion file.
