Just print in high resolution as recommended for the original and add a stop in the Prusaslicer to insert the magnets during the printing process.
Holes fit 4x2 mm neodymium magnets. Since the tool is light no stronger magnets needed. It sticks well to the metal skeleton of the Core One.
