This should fit standard “square” tissue boxes, it's a little tight in the z intentionally so the box doesn't move around. Should be mostly universal on the phone side. The opening for a charging cable was added at my wife's request, it should be large enough to clear most standard USB/charging cables.
It should print without supports but I printed with a few tree supports on the top of the arches in the charge port and the tissue opening.
Included step files in case anyone wants to make any changes.
