This is my DivaCon2040 slider's base pieces. This is designed to be printed in small chunks since I only have a small printer.
Print: [start][base][base][base][base][base][base][base][base-final][end]
"start" and "end" have holes for 1/8" or M3 screws, "base-final" is the same as "base" except that it has the end puzzle piece only 5mm high. A 1/8" or 3mm dowel can be run through the bottom for added stability.

Doesn't need any supports. The puzzle pieces for connecting will be very tight, but this is a good thing for sticking together, just smack it with a hammer.
