The original mount for the light was too short for my bike, so I made a longer one.
The model is configured for a 31.8 mm bar diameter and 50 mm arm length, axis to axis. Both parameters are available in the attached Fusion model; if you need a different configuration and don't want to / can't use Fusion, leave a comment and I'll make one. Currently, there are two versions of STEP files: one with 31.8/50 mm, and another with 35/60 mm.
Required hardware:
M4x14 screw for the clamp; the screw from the original Outbound mount can be reused.
M4x12-15 screw for the hinge. It goes in tightly into the outside parts of the hinge.
M4x6 or M4x8 threaded insert with 6 mm outside diameter.
Print recommendations:
Use a strong, non-brittle filament. Regular PETG seems to work OK.
Supports required! Ideally, different material (e.g. PLA supports for PETG) with zero contact distance.
0.4 mm nozzle, 6 perimeters for strength, decent infill.
0.15 mm layer height to reproduce the teeth better.
