Version 2 of my desk clamp with added reinforcement and refined hooks.
Originally created to hold my Dremel tool and cable, it can also be used for many other things such as suits/clothes, tools etc.
I have included the .3mf file with both the bolt and hook, as well as the individual pieces in .stl format
Notably, as the threaded region requires support, you may break away the support and run the bolt through a couple of times, and this will smooth the movement of the bolt.
You may alter orientation if you can find something more suitable. .3mf included oriented for strength.
Notable stress warping using regular PLA, advise using PLA+ or PETG. Images are in ELEGOO PETG.
Printed in PLA+, suitable for PETG and PETG-CF (PLA as previously stated may stress warp on extended use.)
Unsuccessful using Tree Supports, advise using Standard Raft support settings/interface
Allows for clamping to desks with up to 21mm height.
Layer Height = 15-20mm
Nozzle Size = 0.4mm (Creality K1C)
Infill = 15-20%
Tested on Smooth PEI, and Textured PEI build plates (Advise using light Glue-Stick application for adhesion assurance)
Please check detailed measurements in images.
