Regarding R2 and R4, an R2 keycap will fit the R2 and R4 hole no problem, but an R4 keycap will struggle slightly with the R2 hole.
Also, the injection moulding marks are always at the "top" of the keycap, so that will allow for perfect sorting.
Other than that, R1 only goes in the R1 hole, while only R3 goes into the R3 hole.
(Spacebars should be obvious to figure out)
Layer height is irrelevant, but I recommend printing this laying down
