Bill of Materials (BOM)
2 × M5 × 30 SHCS
16 × DIN562 M3 square nuts
8 × M3 × 10 screws (for the box hinges)
8 × M3 × 8 screws (for the lid hinges)
Instructions
Remove the lid from the electrical enclosure and use the provided templates to drill the eight required mounting holes.
Install the hinges onto both the lid and the side panel.
Insert the M5 screws into the cylindrical hinge mounts.
Reassemble everything onto the electrical enclosure.
Once installed, you’ll be able to open the enclosure cleanly—no more stressing or tearing the fan wiring in the process.
