I decided to upgrade my KP3S Pro to use a clone BambuLab hotend to make it easier to maintain and swap nozzles (especially since I've standardized on Bambu clone hotends due to their amazing efficiency), and while looking for a new hotend cover I came upon @Mecano's work, which I needed to modify for my particular model and configuration.
Since the original files were in STL format, I am, where possible, supplying a STEP file to make it easier for other people to modify in the future--apologies for the cooling duct still being in STL file, but it was easier to chop off the mid-section and re-loft it in CAD than to redesign the entire thing.
I plan on adding a filament cutter to this setup, but right now the tests I've done point to my needing to design some kind of lever to apply the right amount of force, which will take a while.
