This is scaled to print a mold to cast a paver stone.  I printed the mold on a Prusa XL.

3 shells and a 10% infill on the thwomp provided enough structure to support the casting.

The walls are actually fine with 3 shells and no infill.

For the casting, I used quikrete high strength concrete, 10lb bag.  This bag has no aggregate.  I mixed it up with enough water so it could fill the mold cleanly (about twice as much water as what the bag said to do). I filled the mold with just enough of this mix to fill in all of the detail areas.

Then I poured some concrete with aggregate over the top up to the depth I wanted.

I had trouble with the corners breaking off, so I laid some strips of screen material on the concrete in the corner before I added the additional concrete with aggregate.
