Original case insert was designed to fit in the ThermoWorks box. ThermoWorks must have changed the boxes they use because my system came in two smaller boxes. First iteration made the case thinner, but subsequent versions are closer to the original. I also wanted an open section to hold the USB cord and charger. Fusion file is included to adjust those changes to your needs.
Use the ambient probe holder from the original model.
I printed final version in Overture PETG with 20% rectilinear infill and 5 top layers. I think lightning infill and at least 3 layers would work. Since this was remixed from a STL file there are a few artifacts that might look like odd bumps.
