I remixed this to be able to include space for a piece of glass easily obtainable by dismantling a dollarstore clock, I also made a back plane so now it's more like a picture frame. I plan on gluing it together, but you could easily add screws to it.
Glass dimensions are 181mm dia. x 1mm thick, I made the slot 0.5mm larger to accommodate any irregularity in the roundness of the glass and printer error. The thickness of the slot is 0.1mm thicker than the glass to accommodate the image and get a nice fit.
