Here is a lightsaber inspired by my friend TheFreeHeathen. It is modular and parts from my other sabers will be interchangeable. TheFreeHeathen is a Twitch streamer, designer, and machinist.

All parts are printable without supports and are already oriented correctly for printing.
The hilt splits in half to hold the kyber crystal carrier. The pommel and emitter parts are all glued together and then to the hilt halves using the two pins. The hilt guard has break-away supports.
