The idea/request of an cloud style shelf for the tonies came from my wife.
I am only the execution force here.
Additional to the printed cloud, you need:
magnetic tape (I used one with 24mm width)
screws ( I used 4x40, because I have them laying around)
For our setup I used a scale of 80% and 65% in XY and also mirrored one to get some variation.
