The first layer height should be .2 mm. The goal is to be able to read the word "precision" on the bottom. The overhang test should be possible to take out with little effort. None of the corners should lift, and the print should not have stringing. For the holes, the goal is to have them be as round as possible.

TROUBLESHOOTING:

Lifting corners/edges

  • use a higher build plate temp

  • use adhesives (Elmers glue stick etc.)

  • use a brim or raft

  • slow the first layer down

Low overhang tolerance

  • increase cooling fan speed

  • slow down on overhangs past a set threshold

Overhang test doesn't come out of model

  • the overhang test has a clearance to remove it

  • the clearance is .4mm and that is the usual standard for most 3d printers

  • if it is stuck try changing wall print order to outside first

First layer

  • if the first layer seems to be separated and stringy, increase extrusion on first layer

  • If the first layer doesn't let you remove the clearance test or you cannot easily read the word "precision" on the bottom, reduce extrusion precent

if you have any questions, leave them in the comments section and I will try to reply.
