Manual guitar string winder.
Half round profile knobs.
Included a blank arm in case you like the design, but need to mold in a different shape.
No glue or screws needed.
Don't really need support, but I did this in ABS, so no fan, and some little tree support for the curved edges, made it look nicer.

.4 line width (makes the threads fit better)
4 walls, 30% infill. or just go solid...
