I printed another hose dryer from Printables a while back, but the creator had designed for a blower motor which was very quiet, but suffered from poor airflow, especially if you used a bit of surgical mask as a pre-filter.

This design is made for this blower from Amazon (non-affiliate link, I'm not greedy).  Print the hose adapter with tree supports under the lip.  The fan cover is sized for M4 screws.  You can optionally use the screws to impale a piece of surgical mask tightly (so it doesn't interfere with the rotor) between the cover and the fan as a pre-filter.  Personally, I don't, but you've got the option if your air quality is lacking.

I can take a hose that's fresh from getting washed and dripping wet inside (no helicoptering!), hook it up, and it's dry in under an hour.
