I designed the assembly around the MT6835 encoder and a ball bearing with a 22 mm outer diameter and 8 mm inner diameter.
Printing
Print 56t-40mm-motor-mount in PETG, ASA, or another heat-resistant material, using supports.
Print all other parts in PLA.
Assembly
Mount the 56t-40mm-motor-mount to the motor.
If you use socket cap screws, you can use the screw filler to plug the holes.
Insert the bearing into the encoder-holder-body.
Insert the magnet into the magnet-holder.
The magnet should sit flush.
Insert the encoder into the MT6835-holder.
Pass the magnet-holder through the bearing and connect its shaft to the 56t-40mm-encoder-mount.
Attach the MT6835-holder to the encoder-holder-body.
Mount the first SK16.
Mount the assembly with the screw holes facing up and secure it using two M3 screws and nuts.
Mount the second SK16.
