Where Art Meets Acoustics – Elegant Design Meets Additive Precision.

After a long development journey, it’s finally here: I want to show you the Headphone Lines2 - Holder.

The Story Behind the Design

This project has been a true labor of love - and a test of patience. For quite some time now, I’ve been starting various concepts for a headphone stand, but many versions were never finished or published because they just didn’t feel "right" yet.

With the "Lines2" concept, I have finally found the balance I was looking for: a fusion of organic curves and the striking aesthetic of 3D-printed layers. The name is a tribute to this long iterative process and the final, refined flow of the lines.

Why this Holder?

• Unique Key-Visual: The concentric ribs at the head of the stand create a fascinating interplay of light and shadow.

• Stability & Protection: The shape is optimized to cradle your headphones securely without putting unnecessary pressure on the ear pads.

• Minimalist Statement: Whether in a professional studio, an architect's office, or your home setup - this holder is a true eye-catcher.

Print Recommendations

To achieve the full effect of the "Lines," I recommend the following settings:

• Material: PLA or PETG. (Wood or Translucent colors like copper or amber look stunning, but matte color also provides a very clean, modern look).

• Layer Height:  0.2mm. This creates a beautiful stepped texture effect on the front, highlighting the organic flow of the design.

• Supports: None. The entire model is designed to be printed support-free.

Optional small Version: I have included a small version that is 2 cm shorter in height. Alternatively, you can easily scale the model to fit your specific needs.

Nach einer langen Reise der Entwicklung ist es endlich so weit: Ich möchte euch den Headphone Lines2 - Holder zeigen.

Die Geschichte hinter dem Design

Dieses Projekt war für mich eine echte Herzensangelegenheit, aber auch eine kleine Geduldsprobe. Ich hatte schon vor langer Zeit angefangen, verschiedene Konzepte für eine Kopfhörerhalterung zu entwerfen. Viele Ansätze wurden begonnen, aber nie zu Ende geführt oder veröffentlicht, weil mir das gewisse Etwas fehlte.

Mit dem "Lines2"-Konzept habe ich nun endlich die Balance gefunden, nach der ich gesucht habe: Eine Kombination aus organischen Kurven und der markanten Ästhetik von 3D-gedruckten Schichten. Der Name ist eine Hommage an diesen Entwicklungsprozess und die finale Linienführung des Objekts.

Warum dieser Halter?

• Einzigartiges Key-Visual: Die konzentrischen Rippen am Kopf des Halters erzeugen ein faszinierendes Spiel aus Licht und Schatten.

• Stabilität & Schutz: Die Form ist so optimiert, dass deine Kopfhörer sicher aufliegen, ohne dass die Polster unnötig gequetscht werden.

• Minimalistisches Statement: Egal ob im professionellen Tonstudio, im Architekturbüro oder auf deinem heimischen Setup – dieser Halter ist ein echter Hingucker.

Druck-Empfehlungen

Um die volle Wirkung der "Lines" zu erzielen, empfehle ich folgende Einstellungen:

• Material: PLA oder PETG (besonders schön wirken Holz oder transluzente Farben wie Kupfer oder Bernstein, aber auch matte Farben für einen modernen Look).

• Layer-Höhe: 0.2mm. Dies erzeugt an der Front einen wunderschönen Stufen- und Textureffekt, der die organische Form des Designs unterstreicht.

• Support: Nicht erforderlich. Das gesamte Modell wurde so konstruiert, dass es komplett ohne Stützstrukturen gedruckt werden kann.

Zusätzliche kleine Version: Optional habe ich eine kleine um 2 cm in der Höhe gekürzte Version erstellt. Alternativ kann das Modell aber auch ganz einfach nach eigenem Wunsch skaliert werden.
