The purpose of this test piece was to assess flexible‑filament adhesion on PETG and to review the ring’s deformation properties when printed with Colorfabb Varioshore at maximum foaming.

I have included the 3MF file as a starting point for your own tests.

Test Result:

Under the chosen parameters, the test demonstrated very strong adhesion between the flexible ring and the PETG‑printed surface. The bond remained intact even when applying maximum force by hand, and the ring could not be lifted or separated.

The softness of the ring, printed with Varioshore at maximum foaming, is noticeably higher than that of any flexible filament I have used so far. According to Colorfabb’s datasheet, the lowest achievable Shore hardness is 55A.
