This is an alternate take on Rutger de Knijf's screw-less adapter design remix. I had to create a different version to fit a different USB-C to USB-A adapter from Best Buy and the larger Logitech PRO receiver, but it also works with the other Logitech Unifying receiver.

Fits the adapter snugly, and it should lock in once the USB-A receiver is connected. Note that the PRO receiver does stick out a bit, but this design may also accommodate other brands of USB receivers since it is open on that end.
