The platforms are 85mm wide, suitable for smaller objects. There are no issues with the weight, I tested it with 350g and had no problem.
It might need a bit of sanding in the joints, I wanted to achive a tighter fit so it wont bend.
For the LEDs I reccomend shorter or flat head 5mm ones, so it wont stick out from the buttom. There is also space for 1/3w Leds. You can use dip switches, there is place for it in the wiring area, I did.
Don't use support in the cable tunnels! You wont be able to get it out!
