Limit Straps for the TRAXXAS UDR.
Included two versions and various lengths. The FDM version provides a nice flat base and can be printed without supports, the OE version more closely follows the original part from TRAXXAS and will require support if printing on an FDM printer.
Printing Instructions
Material: TPU (I used 95A, but any durometer will work, Tune outer walls to change stiffness)
Layer height: 0.15-0.30mm
Walls: 1.2 - 2.4mm (2 to 4 Loops)
Infill: 30%
Support: Disabled
Orientation: As show below
Flat side onto the bed
-Use the outer wall count and infill to tune the stiffness-
in my experience with 95A using 2 walls and 30% infill provided a stiffness similar to the traxxas ones. unless you are using a very soft TPU, DO NOT print this part solid.
