A very simple and stylish wall frame / shelf designed for displaying 3D models. It has an optional 10 cm diameter indentation at the bottom which you can incorporate into the 3D models you want to display to ensure they sit firmly on the shelf.
The frame is slightly left / right adjustable when hanging on the wall in cases where the models you want to display might be balance biased.
Print instructions:
Recommend printing in PLA.
I print mine in 0.25 layer height.
Print with wall side pointing down towards the print plate. This is important! See the following note.
Other notes
Note that the model uses the entire print area of a Prusa MK4S which is 25x20 cm. The frame is 13.5 cm deep. Due to the size of the frame on the print plate it might pull off the print plate in a couple of corners while printing. I don't think this can be avoided due to the shrinkage / rubber band effect of the filament when it cools while printing. This doesn't affect the frame and is not noticeable once it hangs on the wall.
