Finally sharing my first ever designed-from-scratch dart blaster! This one is a stringer, modeled after a medieval crossbow.

It is optimized for Nerf Ultra darts (I like them for stringers since the harder foam doesn't get damaged as easily by the string) but it can also fire Mega darts, and it sort of works with Elite / short darts. The dart velocity will depend on how tight you tie the elastic cord. (I don't recommend tying it overly tight though, both for print safety and also ensuring the trigger mechanism can handle it)

The only required hardware is a length of 4.8mm (3/16in) elastic cord and some heatshrink tubing, everything else is printed. None of the parts need supports, for other print settings and assembly instructions please refer to the .PDF in the other files section! There is also a .STEP if you wish to edit the crossbow for other ammo types, cosmetic personalization, etc.

Enjoy!
