Added studs to the top.
The overall height is slightly taller so it is 3 bricks and 1 tile tall when used with compatible bricks.
The overhangs on the wider top have 45 degrees on them so it can still be printed without supports.
The new wider top should be flush with a regular 4x2 or 4x4 as in the pictures.
Added a notch on one side so the z can still be measured with calipers as 30mm.
