This model serves as inspiration for your own design. it is unlikely that this exact dimensions or design will suit your situation.

In our coastal environment the salty fog and rain drastically shortens outdoor lights' lifetime.  The device specifications claim IP65 or even iP66, but they don't last.

This design allows for parametric variations for different lamps and locations. We have seven outdoor lights and they all required fine tuning in terms of mounting angles, limiting light into neighbour's windows, etc.

The mounting technique employs the electrical conduit and glands for mounting, using a round cleat for sliding the cover onto.  The fit is secure enough that the wind does not dislodge the cover.

The design requires minimal support and prints the cover in two parts and the cleat mounting in two parts.

My experience is that parts printed in PETG and then painted with all-purpose primer and acrylic house paint  can withstand the sun UV and outside climatic conditions.
