The one in the photo is the first version of nozzle where I had to add some glue on the mating surface to build up thickness -- otherwise it wasn't locking good enough. Since then I increased thickness of locking tabs from 1.5 mm to 1.75 mm but haven't tested the fit with it. Keep in mind that real thickness will depend on layer height. Also there is no guarantee that corresponding body cutouts are always the same thickness.

Swirl version has build-in supports, they were very easy to remove. Increased bridging density/flow is recommended for better quality, I used 120%. Uploaded model has slightly rotated wings so that they align with fan spokes.

Non-swirl version have no central cone and no wings.

In my quick tests stock nozzle at a distance of about 15 cm from scales exerted force equal to 197 g. Distance measured from the end of the nozzle to the scales plate.
My plain version resulted in 210 g and swirl version in 214 g.
