A cute (larger) model of a DIP8 THT package, add googley eyes and make it into your cute IC companion!
IMPORTANT: FOR IT TO BE AS IN THE PICTURES UPSCALE EVERYTHING BY 250%.
Print as normal in PLA, everything on the bottom but the legs, print the legs on the top side (i.e. such that the small creases point upward). Then stack the three parts by slotting the pins and holes together, make sure the crease in the legs now points downward again and bend the legs at the crease 90° downwards. Probably best to add some glue onto the pins to keep everything together. Remember to stick on some googley eyes afterwards (mine are ~3-4 mm diameter).
Included is also a DIP8 base usefull for bending the legs and a version of the top side with a label plate (add a filament change before), that you can write on (the letters in the picture are 2 high).
