I built a Spirits Unleashed version of the RTV for Adam Savage's Tested - this is the front bumper from game. Full build can be seen here -

SU add-on FRONT - main piece of front add-on, meant to be resin printed

SU antenna mount - gets glued to left fork of main body

SU antenna tip - tip for antenna you make yourself

SU mount - for mounting to trap

NOTE - not a great bumper for protection! Since this is a real version of a video game part it's not a great bumper - so keep that in mind when driving!

  • Parts where designed to be resin printed and will work best that way.

  • The antenna mount gets glued to left fork. Blue rubber band is for game accuracy.

  • You can make an antenna out of 1/16" metal rod by putting an approximately 1/4" diameter dowel in a drill, insert the end of rod in one of the gaps around the chuck jaw and slowly run drill to make the spirals.

  • Antenna tip gets glued to top and antenna gets glued into holder

  • The lamps are these - https://www.mouser.com/ProductDetail/607-1050QC1
but are neon, so I gutted them, added LED bulbs and used a simple coin cell holder like this: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09KV1M6D7?ie=UTF8&psc=1&linkCode=sl1&tag=seancharleswo-20&linkId=47577e60603136261e7ebe2ee1033ab5&language=en_US&ref_=as_li_ss_tl

  • You will notice there is a 9V battery up front - it's held on with cable ties. In theory you could run the lights off that, but it's way more juice than you need and unstrapping the battery all the time is a pain, so mine is a dead battery there for game accuracy.

  • The front attaches to mount with short, #6 screws.

  • If you want more strength, use the 3D mount as a template to make a metal one
